Worthy Women Transformation (WWT – www.wwtransform.org ) is a non-profit, Biblical Discipleship Residential Addiction Rehabilitation Ministry housing formerly incarcerated women who desire freedom from addiction. Requirements:
• Foundational knowledge of the Bible
• Minimum Two Years Education and/or Experience in Social Work or Biblical Counseling.
• Previous experience working in group home or transitional housing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities:
• Represent the core values of a humble Bible believing, Christ-following Servant
• Treat residents with dignity, respect and freedom from abuse, neglect, and exploitation
• Assist with routine medical concerns
• Report suspected or observed abuse, neglect, or exploitation of anyone in WWT
• Complete required paperwork/records accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with General Life Skills e.g., (cooking, cleaning, homework, resident phone use, etc.)
• Decisive and attention to detail
